LÉGER (Nadia).
Suprematism.
Paris: Éditions Art-C.C., 1972. - In-folio, 341 x 254: 235 pp, (2 blank ff.), 1 plate. Black velvet, gilt brass metal sculpture in relief on front cover, smooth spine, publisher's Plexiglas folder and slipcase.
Very fine monograph devoted to the work of painter and ceramist Nadia LÉGER (1904-1982), published by Christophe Czwiklitzer. It includes nearly 100 full-page reproductions of the artist's works.
One of 250 copies of the French-language deluxe edition, signed by the publisher and the artist at the justification, bound in full leather and including an original color lithograph numbered and signed by Nadia Léger, and an original gilded brass metal sculpture by the artist on the first cover, monogrammed H.X.N.L. and numbered.
A very well-preserved copy. A post in the box is offset, preventing integration of the folder.
