An Spanish carved cedar and pine wooden cupboard with bronze fittings. 18th century. 82 x 51 x 27,5 cm. The most renowned cabinetmakers of yesteryear had a series of small pieces of furniture at the disposal of their clients as models of what they could manufacture in large dimensions, according to the buyer's needs. So they showed, on the one hand, examples of the furniture they offered and, on the other hand, they exhibited their skills and the quality of their work.
