composed of a succession of 9 elements with a plant motif adorned at their centers with an oval aquamarine in a black, pink, blue, white and green enamel surround (accidents), punctuated with pear-shaped pendants holding pear-shaped aquamarines and cabochon garnets. Set in 18K yellow gold (missing). Case signed Mellerio dits Meller Paris.
