(long cross) IhC' - AVT' - TRAnSIЄnS - PЄR - mЄ - DIVm - ILLORVm: I - BΛT (clover punctuation). Radiant rose at center of a foliate and fleurdelisé cross cantoned by four crowned leopards. Polylobe cantoned with trefoils.
