Platypus standing with one leg on a rose quartz base, one leg raised, tuft of feathers on the head in cut silver sheet.
Cast in silver, chased in cold work. Eyes in gold setting set in green stone (moss agate ?).
Stamped in silver below the raised claw, "925", and maker's mark "Hagenbeck". On the base additionally soldered gold plaque (18 ct.) with cursive inscription "Hagenbeck". (1401839) (11)
