In wide frame with vegetal foliage in relief.
Accompanied by a copy of a detailed expertise by Dario Succi, Gorizia, undated.
Charming, narrowly chosen landscape section with a group of trees that protrudes into the room from the right in front of a park vase and red velum. In front of her is the exposed Venus, above her a satyr threatening to awaken her with the play of cymbals. To her left is a female Bacchante, a sleeping putto, in the background a procession of Bacchantes carrying the drunken Bacchus.

Diziani was president of the Accademia veneziana di Pittura between 1760-1762 and 1766 and died on August 17, 1767 in a café in the Piazza San Marco. (1401696) (13)
