Louis Fortuney is a French artist who worked primarily as a painter, pastelist and lithographer. He studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Toulouse. He mainly produced paintings for the Ministry of the Navy. His art was inspired by Parisian life during the Belle Époque, but also by the sea and its surroundings. (14010213) (19)
