ICE GLAZE Oil on canvas. 46 x 82 cm. Signed and inscribed lower left "A. Doll. Munich". In decorative frame. In the foreground several standing and skating figures, some on sledges. On the right several old houses standing on the bank with snow-covered roofs, surrounded by some brownish trees with frozen leaf remains. In the background on the left the houses of a town with church, whose tower rises into the beige-yellowish sky, conveying the atmosphere of a cold winter day. (1402261) (18)
