The blue Waterman comes with cartridge refill and F nib in 18kt yellow gold; the burgundy Waterman provides a cartridge refill with M nib in two-tone 18kt gold; finally, the bordeax Sheaffer, in addition to having a gold-plated cap, provides a cartridge/converter refill and M nib in two-tone 18kt gold.
