Black-enameled gilt-metal ball book and souvenirs of the week. The first plate inlaid with a copper and silver frame and a monogrammed "V" motif, the second with the frame alone. Closes by sliding a pencil through loops. It reveals a bellows, a gilt-edged notebook (blank) and a calendar for the year 1841 has been glued to the last page.
