The radiant collection, an original René Boivin creation
Upon discovering this maker of tiny gold- or silver-plated mirrors, Madame Jeanne Boivin and Suzanne Belperron explored various forms of jewelry, from Hindu-style bracelets to extremely rare lighters. Drawn from a wide range of connoisseurs, the objects and jewelry gathered here clearly underline the "fashion jewelry" trend that was to be expressed by the Maison. These will be "couture" jewels and objects, which to match the precious pieces, will leave the workshops. It was a must to own one.
A gilded silver and gold mirors "Collection Irradiante" cigarette box by René Boivin, circa 1935. French assay mark and RG maker's mark.
Gross weight : 177,59 gr. (little lacks and shocks)
Dimensions : 11 x 7,8 x 1 cm.
Comes with Jean-Norbert Salit expertise.
