Chased ormolu wall-mounted cartel decorated with large acanthus leaves and surmounted by a putti playing a lyre. The enameled dial signed Bontemps in Paris is white enameled with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes.
Louis XV style.

(Good overall condition, gilded brass cartel base).
