Condition report: Framed During the 1970s and 1980s, the Italian photographer produced thousands of photographs. In 1978, he published his first book, Kodachrome, and a major exhibition entitled Vera photographia was held in Parma in 1979. He chose ordinary subjects, wandering around Modena but also, on the occasion of his travels, Paris and Amsterdam. He worked in color. He organizes his photographs into distinct ensembles. His themes are varied: suburban gardens, advertisements and, more generally, photographs in the public space, funfairs and amusement parks, pages from an atlas photographed up close, the unknown.
