Stepan Kolesnikov (1879-1955), a gouache on paper painting depicting peasants by the lake. Signed in Cyrillic lower right. Housed in a wooden frame. Has various auction labels on the verso.
Stepan Fedorovitch Kolesnikov, or Kolesnikoff was a Russian realist painter, a member of the Russian society "Community of Artists" and the European society "Leonardo da Vinci".
