Evgeny Mikhnov-Voitenko (Russian, 1932-1988), a Nonconformist mixed media on paper painting depicting an abstract composition from the Squares series. Signed with initials and dated '80 lower right. Has a USSR Ministry of Culture stamp and additional inscriptions in pencil on the verso. Note: Evgeny Mikhnov-Voitenko was one of the most important representatives of the Leningrad unofficial art of the 20th century, widely known for his series of works Tubes.
