Appenzell wardrobe, polychrome painted, from 1824.
Door panel inscribed with a banner and the year, groom's name on the left, bride's name on the right. "Conrad Faller 18" - "24 Catarina Bodmer". Different key shapes, heart-shaped on the left, round on the right. Four cassettes, each painted with a bouquet of flowers in a vase. The central bar decorated with an oval medallion with a painted bridal couple, the bride's colour has been rubbed off, only the groom in tailcoat and top hat remains recognisable. The original inlay boards have been laminated with white adhesive foil, new inlay boards (removable) have also been inserted. Pine, slightly worm-eaten.
