Pair of stools, Syria, circa 1900. Octagonal shape, hardwood with mother-of-pearl inlays, heavy signs of use and loss of individual mother-of-pearl elements (see photos). Height 45 cm, diameter 32 cm. To be restored. Please note: This object is located in our Swiss branch (Hauptstrasse 100, CH-8280 Kreuzlingen). It can either be picked up directly by you in Switzerland (only with prior arrangement) or must be officially exported via customs (costs respectively customs handling fee and export tax) approximately 50 EUR per object).
