"L'Amour piqué", ca. 1786-1808, on paper. Inscribed "Peint par Georges Géorgion - Commencé à graver par De Longueil - et Terminé par L. M. Halbou'". After an original by Titian. The engraving is also held by the British Museum under the 'Museum number 1855,0609.426'. Venus is sitting under trees, Cupid is complaining to her about the pain he suffered from a bee sting.
