Anonymous portrait painter (19th century), Anton Mock (1833-1903), Portrait of a gentleman in traditional costume, pastel with chalk on paper. Baron / landowner of Warthausen Castle. Gentleman dressed in Upper Swabian costume, matching the traditional costume around 1850 in the Ravensburg area, brown jacket, yellow shirt, blue neckerchief. Three-quarter portrait, looking at the viewer, very finely worked. Counterpart to the portrait of a woman on offer. Painting 60 x 43 cm. In a very fine gold frame decorated with rocailles 75 x 57 cm.
