An attractive devotional manuscript, written in red and black and carefully presented. It consists of a frontispiece featuring the motif of the Cross with the words "Decez / Bayonne. 1741", followed by a title leaf bearing the same place and date, paginated "1" on verso. The text is then paginated from 2 to 149, followed by an unencrypted table leaf.
Each page is framed with a red fillet. On the first endpaper is a colorized antique engraving of Saint Elizabeth.
