A rare silver cigarette box, Germany, circa 1920, of rectangular form, the wall engraved with decorations of flowers, birds, bows and garlands, the lid engraved with the ligatured monogram BRL, the interior with round recesses for cigarettes, stamped 925 on the lid and on the back of the base, crescent and crown, dimensions 10 x 8 x 11.5 cm, weight 734 g, a small jam on one corner, abrasive scratches to the lower right of the base. 4070-038
