This set of three-seater sofa and two cube-format armchairs by Charles Pfister for Knoll features balanced proportions and meticulously crafted details for subtle elegance.
Trained in Architecture at the University of California, Charles Pfister worked in the interior design department of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill for 15 years. It was during this period that he created the Pfister Lounge Collection for Knoll, whose production began in 1971. His projects include the Royal Dutch Shell headquarters in The Hague, the public spaces of Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, the Citicorp headquarters in London and the United Overseas Bank in Singapore.
