STEFANO GIOVANONNI (Italy, 1954) & GUIDO VENTURINI (Alfonsine, 1957) for Alessi

Born in La Spezia, Stefano Giovannoni is an architect and designer. He was a student of Buti at the University of Florence. In the early 1980s, he founded the King-Kong Production group with Guido Venturini. His projects, starting with the Girotondo tray (1989, designed with Guido Venturini), are articulated in a wide genealogy of objects in production in the catalogs of Officina Alessi, Alessi and A di Alessi.
Guido Venturini is a designer, architect and researcher in the field of industrial design, interior design and interior architecture. In 1985, together with Stefano Giovannoni, he founded the King-Kong Productions group. He has developed didactic activities at the Domus Academy and at the Faculty of Architecture of Florence.
