Placa de jadeita natural "Dragón", dinastia Q... Lot n° 53

A type A natural jadeite, translucent and light green with dark green spots. It has a rectangular shape and presents an exquisite carving in relief with openwork details, showing a central dragon with a serpentine body covered with scales whose head is tilted to the left, crowned by long horns and with a wrathful expression. Around it there is a network of sinuous branches with large leaves and lotuses in bloom. The reverse, also with openwork decorations that allow the interior of the piece to be seen, has a decorative pattern of decorative geometric elements framed by a border of small spirals.
