Small porcelain tale with "斗彩" decoration. The rounded body widens slightly at the mouth and rests on a short foot. Both parts are adorned by a thin rim of embossed silver, showing at the mouth decorations of fine successive lines and scrolls. The body, made of white ceramic, is adorned with fine decorations in soft underglaze blue and yellow, green and red enamels arranged over the glaze. Through these glazes, delicate intertwined branches are shown, with lotus flowers in full bloom, and a narrow decorative border located next to the foot. With stamp on the base "大清雍正年制" Doucai or "斗彩" is a technique used in Chinese ceramic decoration since the early 15th century, which is characterized by making the outlines in underglaze blue, which are then filled with beautiful decorative glazes.
