Small silver jug with a rounded body that stands on a short flared foot; it has a long tubular neck, a curved mouthpiece and a spiral handle that joins the body and neck. The piece is crowned by a thin lid, on which is arranged the image of a small monkey, with curled tail, bent limbs and upturned face, while holding a large peach fruit in his hands. The lid is attached to the handle by a long chain of links.
It shows wear and patina produced by aging. Yuan Dynasty (1279 - 1368) or later.
