Siyalskaya, Paris, 1926, 173 pages, text in Russian, In-4°, contemporary half-binding, blue percaline, smooth spine, title in gold lettering, with autograph dedication signed by the author on the flyleaf of the first publication: "To the revered physician C. W. du Bouchet, with my deepest gratitude, here is a humble gift, Iv Chmelev, 1. VI. 1934, Boulogne sur Seine" and on the title page of the second publication: "To the one who knew brilliant Russia and has kept an excellent memory of it for Dr. C. W. du Bouchet, with my deepest respect and most sincere gratitude for the treatment of my cure, I bow before him, Iv Chmelev, 1. VI. 1934, Boulogne sur Seine".
