Manufacture Royale de Sèvres Important dinner service set comprising 30 dinner plates (diameter 23.6mm), 2 sauce boats attached to their oval trays, 4 pedestal bowls, 8 footed soup plates (diameter 21 cm, one cracked and damaged on the rim) and 6 soup plates of two different sizes with holes in their centers that must have formed 2 or 3 display stands (diameters : 20.5 and 16.5 cm, one large plate cracked and damaged on the rim, and missing the fixing rods) in porcelain with central decoration of a gilded rosette bordered by a frieze, the wing decorated with polychrome foliage, flowers and fruit; birds and squirrels on a nankin background. Bordered with gold fillets and oves. Sèvres blue mark CC, fleur de lys 23 to 26 - Painters' and gilders' marks on the back. 41 pieces signed with the Sèvres mark bearing the dates 23, 24, 25, 26, some of which are difficult to read. Good overall condition, minor wear and chips visible, including five large plates with accidents on the edges or under the base and two with cracks in the center. Expert F.
