VASE
Hemispherical in shape, the body is decorated with "chaotic" waves, similar to the vase preserved in the Jiroft Museum (fig.1) (Hesari Piran 1384/2005: 11, 9990). This particular decoration demonstrates the theory of an iconography centered on the flood myth, a legacy of the strong interactions between the royal courts of Mesopotamia and Bactria.
