BACCARAT. Pair of square Baccarat crystal covered vases mounted on patinated bronze bases of Far Eastern inspiration.
Commissioned by the Turkish Embassy in Brussels, the bronze lids show the waning moon and the five-pointed star.
House stamp under the lid and letter from the crystal maker's representative authenticating the set (1975).
Minor chip in upper corner of one.
