Troop sabretache, small outfit or Light Cavalry... Lot 1

Troop sabretache, small outfit or Light Cavalry service, black patent leather plate enlarged at the base and cut into a brace at the bottom, reinforced with a black leather rush sewn around the edge. Embossed brass shield with folded edges featuring a Senestrogyr eagle on a Jupiter thunderbolt surmounted by a cut-out number 2. The base is surmounted by a crown in relief with a fleur-de-lys finial (!). The tray is detached. Fawn leather inner pouch closed with two buckles, flap of the pouch and inside reinforced with a fabric weave alternating black and white stripes. The front and back of the sabretache are separated due to the fragility of the leather. The rings are missing. A giberne is attached, flap covered with a brass rim decorated with an uncrowned senestrogyr eagle on lightning, brass reinforced corners with two shoulder strap expectations. Condition 2
