Light Cavalry troop saber, An XI model, issued by the Manufacture Impériale de Klingenthal in October 1814, as attested by the signature on the flat back of the blade. Multi-branch cast bronze mounting, long-tailed cap, auricle, corded wooden spindle dressed in black chagrin with its red tie, with its two-bracelet sheet-iron scabbard, bowl to be refastened. Slight oxidation on the scabbard, blade in very good condition.
