Cylindrical glass bottle engraved with four-leaf clovers, yellow gold lid decorated with small four-leaf clovers set with rose-cut diamonds, crowned with a round amethyst highlighted with small rose-cut diamonds. A clasp on the reverse allows it to be worn as a pendant.
