WG 585 (not hallmarked, tested). Rectangular, open-worked front (presumably platinum, not tested), set with numerous rose-cut diamonds and octagonal diamonds. In the center an old-cut diamond of ca. 0.25 ct. Lined with calibrated sapphires in step cuts. Millegrip settings. Sliding safety catch. Ca. 1920s. H. 2 cm. W. 4.7 cm. 9 g.
