Spectacular views of 'Les Drus', the two famous peaks of the Mont Blanc massif in the Haute-Savoie Alps, framed from the Chamonix side.Georges Tairraz II was born on March 20, 1900 in Chamonix, Haute-Savoie, France. He was a cinematographer and director, known for Le grand élan (1939), L'Ascension Des Aiguilles Ravanel Et Mummery (1924) and Premier de cordée (1944). He died on June 1, 1975 in Chamonix, Haute-Savoie, France.
