It inaugurates the Z range. Produced from 1973-1976 The 900 Z1 is Kawasaki's most prestigious mass-produced model: 4-cylinder, 900 cm3 engine, double overhead camshafts, 4 carburetors -electric starter -front disc brake -speed close to 200 km/h. It was in competition that the 900 Z1 really came into its own, recording numerous endurance successes, particularly with the tuner Godier Genoud.
