Oil on canvas
Measurements 159 x 107.5 cm
In this painting the adoration of the Eucharist is represented, a very popular theme in viceregal art. In it it is located in a tabernacle on the altar and flanked by two vases with flowers. At the top is the isomorphic anthropomorphic Trinity, that is, Father, Son and Holy Spirit as three identical persons.
The Virgin Mary, Saint Joseph, Saint John the Baptist and Saint Michael the Archangel complete the composition, each of them represented with their distinctive iconographic attributes.
