Polished iron and ormolu sconce console table, half-moon shape, openwork belt decorated with a post and pearl frieze supporting a violet Breche marble (restored), resting on interwoven and foliate uprights; (minor accidents and missing parts).

This console is reminiscent of the small series of bronze and polished iron consoles designed by architect Victor Louis for King August III of Poland in the 1760s.
