Stamped RVLC and R. Lacroix and JME, for Roger Vandercruse La Croix, cabinetmaker received master in 1755.
Louis XVI period, circa 1775.
H.: 86 cm ; W.: 127 cm ; D.: 56 cm
The double RVLC and R. Lacroix stamp is also found on a porcelain-plate secretary in Waddesdon Manor (England). Dating of the plates suggests that the double stamp was used around 1775, but does not clarify its purpose.
