Steel wristwatch with chronograph and day/date.
CASE: tonneau, stamped screw-down caseback, inside engraved with patent no. 508925. Black inner bezel with tachometric scale. Pump pushers.
DIAL: black, hour-markers and baton hands, three counters for small seconds, 12 and 24 hours, second time zone at noon with day/night indication, two windows for the day of the week and date.
MOVEMENT: automatic, cal. 1045, N° 47'834'934.
STRAP: steel with folding clasp, ref. 1162/1/172, signed.
Dial, case and movement signed.

Released in 1974 and produced until 1986, this reference was created to compete with Japanese watches. It was the most complete and least expensive Swiss automatic chrono of its time. Caliber 1045 was developed by Albert Piguet and Louis Baumgartner.
CONDITION REPORT:
Used micro-scratches, polished case, glass scratched and chipped around the rim, loose bracelet.
The movement was working at the time of writing, but cannot be guaranteed.
Neither can the individual components, as repairs or restorations may have resulted in the replacement of some original parts.
The movement has not been tested for accuracy, and may require service at the buyer's expense.
