OMEGA CHRONOSTOP. REF. 146.009/ 146.010. CIRCA 1970 CASE: polished steel tonneau, matte bezel, screw-down caseback, crown at 4 o'clock and pump pusher at 2 o'clock. Plexiglass, Omega logo. DIAL: grey, applied indexes, tritium dots, minute track, date window at 3 o'clock, orange chrono hand. MOVEMENT: mechanical, cal. 920, N° 29'618'210. STRAP: stainless steel (in the spirit of the original bracelet). Dial, case and movement signed. DIAM. 39 x 35 mm. -The Chronostop became the official watch of Omega's timekeepers at the 1968 Olympic Games in Winnipeg, Grenoble and Mexico City. -Calibre 920, 21,600 Htz, was created in 1968, for Chronostop Calendrier, on a Lemania base, 61,000 pieces. CONDITION REPORT: Used micro-scratches. Missing 4 points of tritium. Movement works at time of catalog writing, but cannot be guaranteed. Neither can the individual components, as repairs or restorations may have resulted in the replacement of some original parts. The movement has not been tested for accuracy, and may require service at the buyer's expense. All lots are sold as is, in accordance with the general conditions of sale.
