KALOUF "le homard et le orang-outan" double-sided tarpaulin STREET ART 7 x 3 m. Pascal Lambert has been penciling since childhood, and made a name for himself under the pseudonym "Kalouf" in the late 90s, creating illegal street graffiti in which he fused lettering, scenery and characters in a colorful style that was at once realistic, cartoonish and fantastic. In 1998, he joined the ACC crew, a group of 10 graffiti artists who took over unlikely locations and specialized in creating large-scale themed frescoes. Over the next ten years, he accumulated a wealth of experience and honed his spray and airbrush techniques with ACC, but also through his structure Kaligraff, which took him to many countries, and the 3 Barons, a collective of visual artists, graphic designers and muralists. Kaligraff was founded in 2003, with the aim of making hip-hop culture accessible through frescoes, exhibitions and workshops, and is based in Parigny les Vaux. In 2010, with the support of the Orly cultural center, Kalouf created his first solo exhibition on canvas. He presented some fifteen paintings covering the 4 disciplines of Hip Hop culture. Since then, his solo work, tinged with hyperrealism and 3D, has gone from strength to strength in Graffiti and Street Art circles.
