[Department of Seine-et-Oise]
A collection of mostly handwritten documents dating from the late 18th century.
Most concern a farmer and ploughman from Puiseux and his land acquisitions in the Val d'Oise, notably from the gamekeeper of the land and seigneury of Chauvry, or the wood merchant living in Domont.
The set includes notarized deeds (expéditions) of acquisition contracts, extracts of divisions and numerous conquets of property in Puiseux, Beaumont-sur-Oise, Persan, etc. The handwritten or partly handwritten documents number around sixty pages. There is also a wall placard of auctions of patrimonial property located in Fresnoy, Mesnil-St-Denis, Bernes and Belléglise (1797, printed in Beauvais, dim. 41x50cm, frayed and with a small central hole).
