Factitious collection of 36 plates illustrating the coronation of Louis XVI, re-engraved from the official volume published in 1775. It comprises 30 (of 33) plates of costumes worn by dignitaries of the kingdom, 5 beautiful double-page court scenes, a double plate of crowns and attributes of the coronation (this one engraved by Couché fils) and a view of Rheims Cathedral.
