First edition on strong paper, taken from the Troupes françaises, premier Empire series published by Martinet, which includes the uniforms of staff officers and Imperial Guard troops.
Traces of rubbing and blackish stains on binding boards.
The numbering of the plates, which may seem fanciful, comes from the fact that this is a selection of plates from Martinet's Troupes françaises series.
Very rare.
