Paris, Trouvé, 1827, in-8, 52 pp. in long-grained fawn morocco, smooth spine decorated with gilt garlands, fillets and fleurs-de-lis, framed in septuple gilt fillet on the covers with fleurs-de-lis spandrels, gilt cross-hatching on the edges, gilt edges, garland of fleurs-de-lis framed on the inside covers (Simier).
A copy bearing the coat of arms of Louis-Henri-Joseph de Bourbon (1756-1830), Prince de Condé [although he challenged the title on the death of his father] and father of the Duc d'Enghien. OHR 2637-3 (cites our work as a reference).
The work also belonged to the library of the Duchesse de Berry in Rosny (ex-libris vignette pasted on the first endpapers) and to the collection of Eugène Chatoney.
