Biography:
In 1892, Friedrich Goldscheider (1845-1897) founded a subsidiary of his Viennese factory in Paris. Named Frédéric Goldscheider, it was managed by his son Arthur Goldscheider from 1900. It had a warehouse at 25, rue de Paradis and a sales office at 28, avenue de l'Opéra. The rue de Paradis also houses the company's bronze factory and marble workshop.
