Presumed chatelaine of the Marshal's niece, Élise Dode de la Brunerie (1821-1893).
Quality ladies' watch in 750/1000 gold. Enameled dial with Roman numerals. Key mechanism signed inside "Liodet à Genève", eight rubies.
Diameter: 33 mm.
Enameled back, enriched with gold bouquets and roses.
Enameled gold chatelaine 750/1000. Blue-enameled oval medallion surmounted by the initials "E.D." under a viscount's crown, engraved frame held in place by four lugs, surmounted by foliage, bearing, suspended from the center by a hook, a chain trimmed with blue-enameled petals ending in a snap hook with n°4531 and two shorter chains, one, bearing a gold seal with enameled day grip; the other, bearing the winding key with enameled en suite square grip. Large vermeil suspension hook.
B.E. (slight chip on the coat of arms).
In a shaped case lined with green morocco "ED" under a viscount's crown, lined inside with velvet and ivory silk.
