Both the choice of the theme, starring flowers and plant elements, and the aesthetics of the work, which is based on a strict symmetry, but with a composition of fluid elements and sinuous lines, show us a clear influence of the Arts & Crafts movement and the designs of the artist William Morris (Walthamstow, 1834-London, 1896).
