Thistle d'Or" decanter
In blown crystal, cut and embellished with a double frieze of thistles in 24-carat gold. The thistle was the inspiration for the design of this service, specially created for the 1908 Art Nouveau exhibition in Nancy. Later, as a result of the Entente Cordiale, Chardon became Thistle and shone on the finest tables. Cristallerie Saint-Louis is now owned by the Hermès group.
